Branding Projects for Brainnest
I worked on three branding projects for the graphic design trainings program at Brainnest. The trainings program revolved around teaching the basics of design methodology, color and shape theory, and marketing strategies. The tasks included logo design, flyer and poster design, as well as creating a brand identity.

Pick Me Green
PickMeGreen is a healthy finger food company, targeted to young adults who like to throw house parties. I designed a full brand package including a logo, a flyer consisting of their weekly menu, business cards and shipping box. The design goal was to deliver a youthful, fun and playful vibe.
I wanted to incorporate my illustration skills and visual story-telling for the youthful energy of the branding. For the logo, I created a living "finger-food" character and for the menu an I wanted to convey a sense of togetherness by depicting people picking up finger food all together. The same Illustration is used in the shipping box design for consistency.

Marco Indigo
Marco Indigo is a small ice-cream shop that wants to convey a sense of mystery, while remaining inviting and gentle to the customers. I designed a full brand package including a logo, business card, flyer, menu with their 10 popular ice cream flavors.
The color palette chosen keeps in line with the mystery aspect, while the illustrations, incorporated in the logo, brand pattern and used across in the design from the menu to the business cards, gives the brand an approachable and gentle character. I wanted to include characters in the illustration, by adding a variety of gestures on the ice-cream.

The Crystalline Rose
The Crystalline Rose, is a beauty brand focussing on self care and skin care related products, with a target age group of 16-30. They have a soft and gentle brand identity with an interest in highly feminine designs, while remaining unique.
Since the brand aims to stay unique and avoid cliches while embracing a feminine design, a pastel yet diverse color range is chosen. The logo design is inspired by the the brands name, conveying an abstract rose. Two crystalls are placed on either side for symmetry purposes. The brand pattern remains abstract with a fluid-like feeling to it, in theme with the sea and water in association with self- and skin-care. Since the target age group is young, a fun illustration of a woman bathing is used as the cover lid design.
